Historic Rental

The Westward Look House was designed by Tucson Architect Nicholas Sakellar and was completed in 1961 to house the Sakellar family of seven. The home was modern in concept, yet was designed to have the character of an old home. Situated near a wash on the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, the home is beautifully located for many events such as family reunions and holiday gatherings.
The house features a large lawn, a patio, and a sparkling swimming pool making it perfect for outdoor gatherings. Inside the home, large windows and screened porches make it easy to bring the outdoors in. The beauty of this unique home will remain an icon for modern residential architecture and provides a great place for any gathering.
